If you wish, you can search for the products you are interested in; add the products you like to your cart after marking the color and size options, and complete your shopping by filling in the delivery and payment information.

You can visit Mamulier.com from anywhere in Turkey and shop to your heart's content.
•Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes. The prices you see on Mamulier.com include VAT.
•How can I be informed about the opportunities on Mamulier.com?
Information about the opportunities on our site is sent to the e-mail address you provide when you become a member of Mamulier.com at certain intervals. Make sure that the notification option is turned on.
PAYMENT
•How do I make the payment? What are my payment options?
You can pay for your purchases from Mamulier.com using a credit card from any bank you wish.
You can pay with bank cards and cash payment (ATM) cards.
Payments cannot be made with credit cards from foreign banks.
•How can I use campaign and discount coupon codes?
You can benefit from our campaigns by entering your campaign coupon code suitable for the products in your cart in the "Coupon Code" field under the order summary screen on the My Cart page and clicking the "Apply" option. Make sure you see your coupon discount in the order summary discount area.
SECURITY
•Is it safe to shop at Mamulier.com?
When making a payment, your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL and automatically reaches the bank where the payment is made and provision is made. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank and is not stored by iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.
•Do you store my credit card information?
Your credit card information is not stored by iyzi Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc.
•Is my personal information safe on Mamulier.com?
The identification information you provide during membership registration and shopping is stored in accordance with the membership agreement.
PICK UP FROM STORE
•What is Store Pickup?
It is a system that allows you to pick up your order from the Ma Mulier store. When creating your order, simply select our store as the delivery address.
•Which products have Store Pickup?
Store Pickup applies to products sold on our website.
•Is there a charge for Store Pickup service?
You do not have to pay any extra fees for your Store Pickup order.
•What should I do to pick up my order from the store?
When creating your order, simply click on the "Store Pickup" option in the delivery address selection step on the payment page.
•When will my order arrive in store?
All products you purchase from Mamulier.com are delivered to the store within 1-4 business days.
•How can I pick up my order from the store?
You can pick up your order from our store with your order number and ID.
•When should I come to the store to pick up my order?
When your order reaches our store, you will be contacted via the number registered in your membership information.
You can track the delivery information of your orders from the My Orders section of your membership account.
•How many days will my order be kept in the store for delivery?
Products that are not picked up from the store within 7 (seven) business days without any notification will be returned to our online warehouse.
•What should I do if the product I ordered is damaged?
When you receive the product, if you open the package and check the balance before leaving the store, your product will be exchanged in our store.
DELIVERY
•What are the product supply conditions?
Products sold through Mamulier.com are limited to store stocks. After the customer orders, the stock of the product in the stores is checked, and if the product is out of stock and cannot be supplied, the customer is informed and the payment is refunded.
•What is the delivery time?
All products you purchase from Mamulier.com are delivered to the cargo company within 2-7 business days. The estimated arrival time for shipments within Istanbul and outside Istanbul is 1 business day, and 1 to 4 business days, respectively. The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09:00-18:00 on business days.
•Will I pay shipping fees when receiving the product I purchased?
Delivery of orders over 1749 TL purchased from Mamulier.com is free of charge.
•Which cargo company will deliver my order?
The delivery of the products you have purchased from Mamulier.com is made through our contracted cargo company Aras Kargo.
•Do you deliver to anywhere in Turkey?
Our distribution network covers all of Turkey.
•What should I do if my order cannot be delivered to me by Aras Kargo?
The estimated arrival time for your orders at the address you specify is 1 business day within Istanbul and 1 to 4 business days outside Istanbul. If you cannot be at your address on the arrival day, a notification note is left at your door by the cargo company and your shipment is delivered to the distribution office of the cargo company. Your shipments that are not collected from the distribution office within 3 business days are returned to the Mamulier.com warehouse. After your products sent by MaMulier reach the warehouse, you will be contacted and the necessary arrangements will be made and a re-shipment can be made in your name. If you cannot be reached, your order will be canceled and the fee will be refunded in the same way you paid.
•What should I pay attention to during cargo delivery?
If there is any crushing, deformation, wetness or damage to the product in the package when the cargo is delivered to you, open the package together with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to the products, do not accept the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The products for which a report is kept will be delivered to Mamulier.com by the cargo company and we will replace the products.
