For optional exchanges and returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All products purchased from Mamulier.com are shipped within 2-7 business days . Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

14- Day Return Policy: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, with tags intact, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

• Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products in the clearance category and those included in discount campaigns.
  

Refund: If the returned items meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed and transferred to your bank within 14 business days . The refund amount will appear on credit cards within an average of 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments will be made in installments due to bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.

Any commission, installment difference, and other transaction fees that may be applied by the bank are entirely the responsibility of the BUYER.

In the event of clear and obvious price discrepancies arising from systemic errors or unforeseen technical problems, the SELLER reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the relevant order.
