MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ (www.mamulier.com) has prepared this Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Text to inform you about sending you commercial electronic communications and processing, storing, and transferring your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“ECL”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ECL”), and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP”) and related legislation.

The personal information (name, surname) and contact information (email address, phone number) you have shared with MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ may be used by MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ for marketing communications, including sending electronic commercial messages through the channels you have consented to, such as WhatsApp, instant/short message, telephone and email; conducting customer satisfaction activities; carrying out marketing analysis studies; managing advertising, campaign and promotion processes; managing product and service marketing processes; creating customer campaigns; offering special opportunities to customers by MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ business partners; determining target audiences; tracking customer behavior and conducting activities to improve user experience; conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities; conducting personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and internal reporting activities; conducting market research; planning and executing customer satisfaction activities; and promoting products and services. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Electronic Communications Law (ETK), based on the requirement of consent for commercial electronic communications, and in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), limited to the purposes of planning and executing marketing processes for the products and/or services of MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ and its subsidiaries, and planning and executing processes for building and/or increasing loyalty, including the customization and recommendation of services to relevant individuals based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs, and the planning and execution of customer relationship management processes.

You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic commercial communications at any time.

Your personal data will be used by MYRAANG TEKSTİL SAN VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ directly or through data processors, and may be shared with our technology infrastructure suppliers, solely for the purposes stated above.

According to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), and you can access the application methods regarding your rights and requests concerning your processed personal data through the Personal Data Protection Application Form located on the www.mamulier.com website.
