Return & Exchange Conditions

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of placing it. However, the process may take longer due to stock issues, natural disasters, public holidays, or product supply problems.

Shipping takes between 1-5 business days.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted items .
Returns and exchanges are possible for all other products; however, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs in both directions.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

If a damage report is not filed upon delivery, the product is considered to have been delivered in good condition.
